The canton of Vaud (Waadt) is a Swiss canton located in Romandy, the French-speaking western part of Switzerland. It is close to where Johan Peijnenburg lives. Therefore, expect to find quite a few stories about photographing the countryside, mountains, and lakes in the canton of Vaud. Vaud is also the home of Lac Léman (Lake Geneva), which is one of Johan’s favourite lake landscape photography locations.
